The customer service was exceptional. Courtney walked me through step by step helping pick and describe flowers that would work for my bouquet she also was up front about pricing and asked what I wanted to pay . The end result was a beautiful bouquet that really stood out . Was a great experience recommend 5 out 5 .

I ordered flowers for my mother-in-law on her birthday. They were supposed to be delivered. She is an older lady which goes to bed at 6:30 PM flowers were still not there. I’ve been on calls with them all day. They tell me the driver got detoured and they’d be there by 7 PM. Flowers didn’t make it on my mother-in-law‘s birthday. I would not recommend this place to anybody and nobody will help you there. They’ll tell you they’ll call you back. You’ll never receive a phone call absolutely bad business and if you’re trying to send flowers to your mother or to your spouse or anything they’re not gonna get there at least not on time. I would suggest you look for a different place to do business just like I will. On my mother-in-law’s birthday, I ordered flowers from this company. However, despite being an older woman who typically goes to bed at 6:30 PM, the flowers were still not delivered. I have been in constant contact with the company throughout the day, and they have informed me that the delivery driver was detoured and that the flowers would arrive by 7 PM. Regrettably, the flowers did not arrive on my mother-in-law’s birthday. I strongly advise against using this company for flo
